What is the difference between Activity Report and Technical Opening Project?
The Activity Report is for innocuous activities (offices, small retail). The Technical Opening Project is for classified activities (hospitality, workshops) and requires a licence.

Prior notification is immediate. The opening licence for classified activities usually takes 2-4 months.
